⚠ Important Notice
All disputes must be submitted through the appropriate purchasing platform. Failure to follow the proper dispute process may result in account restrictions or the inability to process your request.
✅ Eligible Refunds, Replacements & Returns
1. Order Delays
- USA: Eligible after 45 days from shipment.
- Brazil: Eligible after 110 days due to customs processing.
- Other Countries: Eligible after 100 days for selected shipping methods.
Before opening a dispute, please check with your local postal service, as delays may occur due to carrier issues or incorrect delivery addresses.
2. Orders Not Received
- If tracking shows "Delivered", refunds or replacements cannot be issued.
- If tracking does not show delivery, a non-delivery certificate from your local post office may be required.
3. Damaged Products
- Full refund or replacement for severely damaged products.
- Partial refund for minor cosmetic damage.
- Packaging damage alone is not considered product damage.
- Electronic product claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
- Replacement or full refund for incorrect items.
- Replacement or partial refund for missing accessories or components.
- For sizing issues, please include a photo showing measurements.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before processing or shipment qualify for a full refund.
- Customized or pre-order products cannot be canceled after payment has been processed.

Please provide the following when contacting our support team:
- Clear photos or videos of damaged or incorrect products.
- Screenshots showing the issue (including dates when applicable).
- Return the product if requested by our support team.

Dispute Deadline
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Customs inspections
- War, civil unrest, or government actions
Shipping Restrictions
Refunds or disputes are not available for shipments sent using non-trackable shipping methods.
Delivery Restrictions
Some regions with known delivery limitations may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Returns
- Returns require prior authorization.
- Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
- Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.
Service-Based Products
Services such as packaging, customization, or photography are non-refundable once completed.
Non-Eligible Claims
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Product appearance differs from expectations without defects.
- Customs delays or natural disasters.
- Incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer.
- Ordering the wrong product or variant.

- No disputes can be submitted once an order is marked as Closed.
- Certain economy shipping methods may not qualify for disputes.
- Returns are accepted only at our designated return warehouse.
- Service-based products are not refundable after completion.
- Claims relating solely to odors, customs delays, or removed tracking information may not qualify for refunds.
